Privacy Policy

TrustPrep is designed so that user-entered intake information remains in the user’s browser and is used only to generate a downloadable PDF on the user’s device. TrustPrep does not store user-entered personal information on a server.

Any information you enter into the TrustPrep intake forms is processed locally in your browser to generate a PDF for download. TrustPrep does not transmit your entered intake information to a database or store it as part of a server-side account.

Payments are processed by Stripe. TrustPrep does not store credit card numbers. Stripe may collect certain personal information as part of payment processing (such as your name and email address) according to Stripe’s policies.

If an optional donation add-on is offered during checkout, that donation is processed by Stripe as part of the transaction. TrustPrep does not store your payment details. Donation totals may be reported in aggregate as part of quarterly transparency updates, without publishing individual customer personal information.

TrustPrep does not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts for behavioral tracking. Standard web server logs may record basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and troubleshooting.

TrustPrep does not retain user-entered intake data on the server. Any PDF you generate is stored only on your device unless you choose to share it (for example, by emailing it to your attorney).
