Any information presented by TrustPrep is for informational and organizational purposes only. Use of the service

General

TrustPrep provides guided intake forms intended to help users organize information commonly requested by estate planning attorneys. Users may generate a downloadable PDF that can be printed or shared by the user. TrustPrep does not review, verify, or approve user inputs.

No storage of personal data

Privacy-first

TrustPrep is designed so that intake information stays in the user’s browser and is used only to generate a PDF on the user’s device. TrustPrep does not store user-entered personal information on a server.

Payments

Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe. TrustPrep does not store credit card information. If you experience an issue with a payment, please refer to your Stripe receipt and contact Stripe or TrustPrep support as appropriate.

Community support & donations

Transparency

TrustPrep may dedicate a portion of its proceeds to support community organizations, including veteran-focused nonprofits. Any such contributions are made by TrustPrep as part of its business operations. Optional customer donation add-ons, if offered, are voluntary and processed at checkout. Customer purchases are not tax-deductible. Donation totals may be reported in aggregate as part of public transparency updates.

Disclaimer of warranties

TrustPrep is provided “as is” and “as available.” TrustPrep makes no guarantees that the service will meet your requirements or that generated materials will be accepted by any court, government agency, or attorney. Use of TrustPrep is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustPrep will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.

User responsibility

Key point

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for how you use any generated PDFs. Always review outputs with a licensed attorney before signing any documents.
